Conman Sukesh Chandrashekar Offers To Buy Stakes In Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions: ‘Love of My Life Jacqueline..’

In what can only be described as an outlandish move, notorious conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar, currently behind bars for his alleged ₹200 crore extortion racket, has reportedly attempted to make a business proposition to one of Bollywood’s most prominent film production houses, Dharma Productions. According to reports, Sukesh made a bold offer to acquire a significant stake in Karan Johar’s company—between 50 to 70 percent—while sitting in Tihar Jail.

As per sources, Chandrasekhar, who’s been linked to numerous high-profile scams, sent a ‘Letter of Intent’ through a legal firm named Anantam Legal. The letter, which was shared publicly by Sukesh’s PR team, laid out the bizarre proposal, expressing a desire to invest in Dharma Productions despite his rather precarious situation. In the letter, Sukesh assured Johar that the offer was “non-negotiable,” with a promise that the deal could be sealed within 48 hours if Karan accepted the terms.

Why would someone in Sukesh’s position want a piece of Bollywood? The answer, according to the letter, lies in his self-proclaimed love for cinema. “Movies are not just a business, but a passion and an emotion,” Sukesh reportedly wrote, “Me, my family, and are Big Fans of Dharma productions, Mainly the Wonderful Human Karan Johar, and most importantly Love of My Life Jacqueline, has huge Respect towards you, Which you very well know. So it’s a Privilege and an honour to acquire a Stake/infuse funds in your Company and Become a part of your family.”

Interestingly, Sukesh admitted that his credibility—let’s face it, calling it ‘shaky’ is generous—might make the offer seem suspicious. But, with all the boldness of a man facing serious charges, he insisted his intentions were sincere, claiming his company LS Holdings had been informed that Dharma Productions was seeking investment for expansion. His message to Johar? Let’s make a deal, despite the rather unconventional setting of Asia’s largest prison.

Of course, Karan Johar’s response to this unusual proposal remains to be seen, but the entertainment industry has been left buzzing over the sheer audacity of the offer. Chandrasekhar’s move to become a part of Bollywood’s inner circle comes while he’s still entangled in legal battles, including allegations of extorting ₹200 crores from the wife of a top industrialist.

Sukesh Chandrasekhar’s notoriety doesn’t end there. His name has been linked to several high-profile individuals, including actress Jacqueline Fernandez, who was named in a money laundering case connected to his extortion racket. The Enforcement Directorate has been investigating both Sukesh and Jacqueline’s involvement, adding another layer of intrigue to his already infamous public image.

So, is this just another wild ploy by Sukesh Chandrasekhar, or could it be the beginning of the most unexpected partnership in Bollywood history? Only time—and perhaps Karan Johar—will tell.
