Amid Lawrence Bishnoi’s threat to Bollywood star Salman Bhai, 58, his bodyguard for 29 years, Shera’s recent video has gone viral. In the video, Shera gets candid about his bonding with the Dabangg star. Born Gurmeet Singh Jolly, 55, the former bodybuilding champion who won the title of Mr Mumbai and runner up of Mr Maharashtra in his heyday, Shera’s stint as Salman’s chaperone began after the suggestion of Suhail Khan. The burly Pathan (then in a turban) met Suhail at an event where he was considering security for Salman Khan’s stage show. The initial gigs gradually transformed into a life-long partnership, as Shera has been devotedly accompanying Salman across the world for shootings, stage shows, and other public events. In the viral video that reportedly dates from September 2024, Shera remarks on the Pathan-Khan bonding, stating that their jodi just clicks. He says,
