Reise Moto, which established itself in India with its tyre offerings in collaboration with Mitas, has now ventured into the protective gear segment with the launch of riding jackets, pants, and gloves. The company has collaborated with Italy’s Spidi to develop some of its gear.
The Jackets and trousers have been designed specifically for Indian conditions, says Reise Moto. They feature expansive mesh panels and Cordura, while the armours in them are CE Level 2 rated and made by Safe Tech. In the Jacket range, Reise has three offerings — Rizo urban mesh jacket, Dalton sport touring jacket, and Reise Pine Air Summer jacket.
Starting with the Rizo, the jacket is made for city commutes and is available in three colours, while the Dalton features mesh panels on the chest, back, and arms. The jacket also gets a waterproof pocket and is also available in three colours. Lastly, the Pine Air, which features 1000D Cordura and is designed for hot weather touring.
Coming to the Reise and Spidi collaboration. This partnership has two Jackets on offer and a riding trouser. The Jackets are called Diablo and Lemento. The former is designed for urban riding while the latter is focused on summer touring. They are priced at Rs Rs 8,999 and Rs 9,999, respectively. The pants are priced at Rs 7,999.
