Redmi Note 14 Series to Launch in India on December 9: Key Features Teased

Xiaomi has confirmed that it will launch the Redmi Note 14 5G series in India next month, succeeding the Note 13 series that debuted in January this year. The new lineup is expected to include three models: a base, Pro, and Pro+ variant. After its debut in China in September, the global launch, including India, is now set to follow.

Xiaomi India teased the launch of the Redmi Note 14 5G series on its official X (formerly Twitter) account, linking to the company’s Instagram broadcast channel where the official announcement was made. The smartphones will be launched in India on December 9.

While specific details were not disclosed, Xiaomi hinted at the inclusion of advanced AI and camera-focused features.

Redmi Note 14 5G Series Expected Specifications

As per the China variant, Redmi Note 14 series may feature a 6.67-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Pro and Pro+ variants are expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 and Dimensity 7300 Ultra chipsets, respectively, while the base model is likely to come with a MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra SoC.

Both the Redmi Note 14 Pro and Pro+ are rumored to include a triple rear camera setup, with a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera. The Note 14 Pro+ may feature a 50-megapixel portrait telephoto lens, while the Pro variant might have a 2-megapixel macro camera.

In terms of battery, the Pro+ could pack a 6,200mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging, while the Pro model is expected to include a 5,500mAh battery with 44W fast charging support.

Redmi Note 14 5G Series Expected India Price

Going bu the China pricing, Redmi Note 14 is expected to be priced at RBM 1,199 (approx Rs 14,300), Redmi Note 14 Pro might cost you RBM 1,499 (approx Rs 17,900) and the Note 14 Pro + might cost you RMB 1,99 (approx Rs 23,999). India pricing is likely to be in the same ballpark.
