In the previous academic year, students hailing from rural schools in Madhya Pradesh showcased superior academic performance compared to their urban counterparts. For Class 5, the pass rate stood at 85.58% among rural students, contrasting with 72.73% among urban students. In the previous year, the pass percentage for MPBSE Class 8 exams stood at 76.09 percent, with 8,11,433 out of 10,66,405 students qualifying. Noteworthy is the higher pass rate among female candidates, with 78.86 percent, compared to male candidates at 73.46 percent.
To successfully clear the MPBSE Class 10 and 12 examinations, candidates must achieve a minimum of 33 percent in each subject, as well as an overall aggregate score of 33%.
