Launched from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre on July 14, 2023, aboard the LVM-3 rocket, Chandrayaan-3 has traversed over three lakh kilometers in space, bridging the distance between Earth and the Moon. After completing orbits around Earth on August 1, the spacecraft embarked on its trans-lunar journey, making remarkable progress towards its lunar destination.

The Chandrayaan-3 mission marks India’s third lunar endeavor and represents a significant milestone in the country’s space exploration achievements. As the spacecraft continues its journey towards the Moon, scientists and space enthusiasts worldwide eagerly await further revelations and discoveries from this ambitious mission.
