As of Jan. 18, these models no longer come with the technology to track blood oxygen levels. Apple has run into a legal issue with medical tech company Masimo, which accused Apple of using the blood oxygen monitoring technology Masimo developed.

In response, Apple redesigned both models to remove the blood oxygen tech from the watches — for now, at least. On Monday, a federal court filing showed Apple’s plan to resume importing the watches that’ll pass US Customs and Border Protection.

While the lack of blood oxygen monitoring is certainly a bummer for people tracking health and fitness, it doesn’t change the fact that both are top-of-the-line watches worth owning. Here’s where to get the best deal on the Apple Watch Series 9 and the Apple Watch Ultra 2 as of Jan. 18.

The latest in the Apple Watch lineup, the Series 9 introduced us to some features we might not be able to live without from now on. With an S9 chip, the watch has an ultra-bright display that might not be necessary during dark winter months, but proves incredibly useful in the bright summer sunlight. It also brings along the double tap feature, allowing use of the watch without actually touching the screen. You’ll still get sleep tracking, pulse monitoring, and plenty more health and wellness tracking with the Series 9.

If you’re not one for being tethered to your phone, the Apple Watch Series 9 with both GPS + cellular connectivity is the model for you. You’ll stay connected to life’s updates through the Series 9 even if your phone is far away or you take off on a neighborhood stroll, leaving your phone behind. It comes with all of the features standard on the Series 9 we’ve come to love like double tap gesture and a display of up to 2,000 nits.

Love adventures and hate watches that can’t keep up? The Apple Watch Ultra 2 is ready to be your most loyal companion. A larger 49mm case size means you’ll have better visibility of important info on-the-go like GPS navigation or turn-by-turn directions. The Apple Watch Ultra 2 also comes with longer battery power, getting up to 36 hours on one charge or up to 72 hours in low-power mode. This is also the Apple Watch model if your hobbies go underwater since it’s water resistant up to 100 meters.
