YouTuber and internet personality Ranveer Allahbadia, better known as BeerBiceps, faced the wrath of netizens for asking a disgusting ‘Would You Rather’ question on comedian Samay Raina’s show India’s Got Latent. Copied from an OG CREW YouTube channel video, he asked a contestant, “Would you rather watch your parents have sex for the rest of your life — or would you join in once and stop it forever?” After receiving much backlash from the netizens and cases being filed against him, now Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has also condemned Allahbadia.
On Monday, during an interaction with media persons, CM Fadnavis reacted to the indecent question and stated that comedians and influencers shouldn’t cross boundaries and if done so, action must be taken against them. Expressing how whatever was said was “absolutely wrong,” he mentioned that everyone has the right to “freedom of speech.”

Quoted by the Free Press Journal, CM Fadnavis said, “Everyone has the right to freedom of speech, but our freedom ends where we encroach upon someone else’s freedom. This is not right. I believe that even expression has its limits. Our society has established certain norms regarding obscenity, and if someone crosses those boundaries, it is a very serious matter. Action should be taken against this.”
For those who don’t know, a complaint has been registered against BeerBiceps, social media creator Apurva Mukhija, aka TheRebelKid, Raina, and the organisers of the show for alleged use of ‘abusive language’ and ‘promoting obscenity’. Netizens have been demanding strict action against them.

It is to be noted that apart from Ranveer Allahbadia, none of the content creators present during the episode have commented on the backlash they are facing.
