Ranveer Allahbadia asked Emraan Hashmi about the worst phase in his life and how it was overcome. He urged the Bollywood star to answer the query “honestly, more like a bhaiya and less like an actor sitting on a podcast.” The 46-year-old actor revealed how everything was going well for him with prospects working, people endorsing his film, and, more importantly, a happy marriage (with Parveen Shahani in 2010) and a happy family. But the divine had other plans for the Hashmi family. He states
