American rock band Maroon 5 is in Mumbai for their first ever concert in India. The six band members landed in India’s financial capital on Monday for their concert today. The concert has been organised at the Mahalaxmi Racecourse.
Pictures and videos of the band members emerging from the airport have surfaced online. As usual, the celebrities made the paparazzi excited who were heard yelling their names to get a proper angle for photographs.
The musicians were seen in a good mood as they smiled and waved to the photographers stationed outside Mumbai airport.
Maroon 5 is led by vocalist Adam Levine and comprises Jesse Carmichael (keyboard), Sam Farrar (bass), James Valentine (guitar), Matt Flynn (drums) and PJ Morton (keyboard).

Ticket prices to the concert start at Rs 7,999 for General Access, Rs 13,999 for VIP, Rs 16,999 for Fan Pit areas and Rs 24,999 for a place in the lounge.
Maroon 5 has a huge following in India thanks to its superhit tracks like Memories, Animals, Payphone, Moves Like Jagger and Girls Like You.
Maroon 5 started off under the name Kara’s Flowers in 1994 and released its first album The Fourth World in 1997. It changed its name in 2001 and went on to win a Grammy for the album named Songs About Jane in 2002.
