While her wardrobe for her forthcoming film The Last Showgirl is glitzy and technicolor, Pamela Anderson’s sartorial turns for the press tour have been understated and classic; and largely, dedicated to one colorway. Photographed on three different occasions yesterday and the day previous (January 8 and 7), the actor kept up her commitment to monochromatic dressing.
Anderson was first seen arriving at the SiriusXM studios in New York, where she was to appear on Andy Cohen’s show. She wore a textured co-ord by Chanel, comprising a v-neck, oversized button-up cardigan and relaxed, wide-legged pants. And on her feet, she wore black pointed pumps.
Later, when stepping out again in New York to a Q&A for The Last Showgirl, she wore full Emilia Wickstead: a demure black coat with a skinny eyelet belt, with sheer tights and black patent pumps.
Anderson continues to go makeup-free, and went more relaxed with her hair too: a simple blowout of her long blonde hair for the day, and a soft chignon for the evening.
The previous day, she wore a full navy ensemble with Bottega Veneta to walk the streets of NY: a double-breasted wool coat, and a flowing, long-sleeve blouse with an unbuttoned neckline, tucked into high-waisted trousers, pulled in with a brown belt.
On the couch for The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, she also kept her color palette consistent, with a double-breasted silk black trench coat with bell sleeves. When she’s not reaching for current labels at present, Anderson has also been exploring creamy and dreamy true vintage for the red carpet.
Appearing this week at the Golden Globes, where she was nominated for best actress, she styled herself in a black, square-necked Oscar de la Renta gown with matching opera gloves—an old Hollywood glamor touch with an accessory that proved popular on the night’s red carpet.
