CLAT 2025: Window to update test location preferences open until October 25

The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has opened the window for candidates to update their test locations for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025. Applicants have until October 25, 11:59 PM, to modify their test location preferences in the application form. For updates, candidates should visit the official CLAT 2025 website at [consortiumofnlus.ac.in](https://consortiumofnlus.ac.in).

During this period, candidates can also review and correct personal details such as name, date of birth, the programme applied for (UG or PG), and reservation eligibility.

Steps to update test location preferences for CLAT 2025

1. Log in to your CLAT account at consortiumofnlus.ac.in

2. Click on the “Edit Application Form” button.

3. Go to the “Test Centre Preferences” tab.

4. Review and update your test location preferences if needed.

5. Click “Next” to proceed to the “Reservation” tab.

6. Scroll down, agree to the declaration.

7. Click the “Submit Form” button.

Important dates and fees

CLAT 2025 registration for both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes is open until October 22 (11:59 PM). The entrance exam is scheduled for December 1, 2025. While the application fee is Rs 4,000 for General category, Rs 3,500 for SC, ST, PwD and BPL candidates.
