Coco Gauff would have loved nothing more than to still be in contention at the BNP Paribas Open, but Thursday is special all on its own. It marks the 2023 US Open champion’s 21st birthday.
“I don’t know if I’m going to feel any different. But I think it’s an exciting age to turn,” Gauff noted to press the day prior.
