After updating the Speed 400 and launching the new Speed T4, Triumph has launched the updated Scrambler 400X. The updated Triumph Scrambler 400X now gets a new Pearl Metallic White colour finish, which adds to the existing Phantom Black/ Silver Ice, Matt Khaki Green/Fusion White and Carnival Red/ Phantom Black colour schemes.

The Triumph Scrambler 400X’s updates are limited to the new paint scheme alone, unlike the SPeed 400 which saw a slightly redesigned exhaust. The Scrambler retains its styling, fit, and finish, which have made it a success in the Indian market, along with its price tag of Rs 2.64 lakh, ex-showroom.

The motorcycle retains its cycling parts as well, such as the USD front forks, monoshock at the rear, 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels, disc brakes at both ends, semi-digital instrument cluster, dual-channel ABS, traction control, and others.

The engine is also retained without any changes. The new Triumph Scrambler 400X uses the same 399cc, liquid-cooled single-cylinder unit that makes 39.5bhp and 37.5Nm of torque with the help of a 6-speed gearbox. The engine is the same unit that powers the new Triumph Speed 400 as well.
