The One UI 7 beta is being gradually rolled out across India, South Korea, the US, and the UK. Starting on March 6, Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 users in these regions began receiving the update. Samsung plans to extend the beta to more devices later this month, including the Galaxy S23 series, Tab S10 series, and the Galaxy A55. Interestingly, the Galaxy A series models launched recently, like the A56, A36, and A26, along with M-series devices such as the M06 and M16, come with One UI 7 pre-installed, although they feature a more limited selection of Galaxy AI tools. The stable version of One UI 7 is expected to be released by the end of April for eligible Samsung devices.

For those eager to try the beta, signing up and installing it is simple. First, users need to log in with their Samsung account, then open the Samsung Members app and tap the “Notices” icon. From there, they can select the “Registration for One UI 7 Beta Programme” and tap “Join Now” after agreeing to the terms. Once enrolled, users can go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install to get the latest version. If the update doesn’t install automatically, a reboot may be required.

One UI 7 represents a significant leap for Samsung, as it’s the company’s first AI-powered platform. This update is designed to create a more intuitive and personalized mobile experience, enhancing usability through advanced AI features. One of the standout additions is “Now Brief,” which provides personalized daily summaries and suggestions right on the Now Bar. Another helpful feature is “AI Select,” which offers contextual actions such as editing, rewriting, or formatting on-screen text. The “Improved Search” function now supports natural language queries, making it easier to search through apps like Gallery and Settings.

One of the most exciting features is “Call Transcripts,” which automatically transcribes phone calls in up to 20 languages, including Hindi and English in India. This feature makes it easier for users to keep track of important conversations. With all these new tools, One UI 7 aims to take the mobile experience to the next level, combining personalization, convenience, and cutting-edge AI to improve Samsung devices.
